Like classic art, the "Epitome" Speaker System provides its beauty from wall space, but unlike art, it demands no attention. To Best Fill Each room with focused sound, the speakers can be mounted near the corners of the room in seldom used space. The speaker grills can be painted to match the room color. The controls are placed for your convenience, in keeping with your aesthetic concept. Sound production and distribution for one room or your entire home is from a single, built-in source. The result is lasting impressions of clean, embracing sound.

The "Epitome" built-in speaker system provides concert quality sound for listening to your favorite artists and delivers sound that turns a video in your family room into an evening in your private home theater. "Epitome" simplifies the task of creating your sound system by providing a range of equipment that can be combined into a sound system for an entire home and tailored to each room.

For a small room, choose the "Epitome" 3500, 3525, or 3529. These are compact speakers that provide superior highs and midrange response. These speakers fit well in the bathroom and since all Epitome speakers are moisture-resistant, they will stand up to those long hot showers. For more range select the compact 3526.

If you want surround sound and don't have room for multiple pairs of large speaker, the perfect marriage of compact speaker technology is a pair of 3581 bookshelf speakers with the 3532 center channel speaker and the 3620 dual subwoofer.

The 3506 has a 6-1/2 inch driver that provides reproduction accuracy over the full audible spectrum. If you prefer rumbly, visceral bass or have a large room, use the "Epitome" 3508, with its eight-inch woofer. For still more bass, add the 3580 in-wall subwoofer.

If your room configuration makes optimum speaker placement difficult, no matter. The "Epitome" 3576 allow you to focus its delicate highs and rich midrange to the exact listening location with its directional tweeter.

"Epitome" also offers compact bookshelf speakers. The 3561, 3562 and 3581 are magnetically shielded for use near the television screen. The 3510, 3511, 3561, 3562 and 3581 bookshelf speakers can be mounted from wall or ceiling with furnished brackets. The "Epitome" 3561 and 3562 and rugged, weather-resistant speakers that are suited for indoor and outdoor applications.

All "Epitome" in-wall speakers come with white grills which can be painted to match your decor.

"Epitome" connection technology includes solder and solderless connections. The external interfaces include RCA connectors, coaxial connectors, banana connectors, binding posts and spring clip connectors. These are available both as full wall plates and as decor inserts. If you select the decor insert, the matching trim plate is available separately. Audio connections are gold for better sound.

You can have sound control in every room by incorporating full range volume controls and selector switches for the room's speakers. "Epitome" offers a complete range of volume controls from ten-step to adjustable impedance. "Epitome" also makes a simple A/B switch that provides the capability of switching between sources or speakers.

"Epitome's" Distribution products can handle high-powered components. Several are designed to mount in the wall in the standard cavity between studs. The speaker selectors designed for on-shelf use are compact and aesthetically consistent with component design.

"Epitome" makes the 65-2025 distribution box that will handle up to sixteen speaker pairs. They can be daisy-chained to provide even more distribution capability.

The speaker selectors will accept inputs form two sources. You can design a system that plays your music the way you want to hear it and drives your home theater sound the way it was conceived and recorded.

Whatever the control your system design requires, it is complemented by your choice of wall plates, the finishing touch to the personality and completeness of your "Epitome sound system."

Installation is  EASY

STEP #1

Using the supplied template, draw the speaker opening on the wall. Cut out the opening using a drywall saw.                  

STEP #2

Locate and connect speaker wires. Attach bracket with screws provided. Then, insert the unit into the wall opening.

STEP #3

Tighten down the screws equally to secure the unit.

STEP #4

Align grill directly over speaker opening. Push firmly into place.
